Love God, who sacrificed His only Son, Jesus, to die for us to redeem our sins.
Obey God, love others and share His Good News.
Give thanks to God and pray unceasingly.
I thank God for our Senior Pastor, Rev Dr Stephen Tan’s teaching on ENJOY. It inspired me to start my LifeTribes with two colleagues. And now we have grown and added one more LifeTribes.
When I started the Bible Study series “Disciples Multiply Disciples” with my colleagues, they feared to evangelize and said they did not know how to share the Gospel.
However, they ENJOYed the 10 sessions of learning God’s Word and sharing with one another. Thank God that through His Word, their mindset has been renewed, revived and refreshed. They began to have the right perspective and understanding of the meaning of the Great Commission.
Matthew 28: 19-20 (NIV)
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and
teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Now that we better understand why we should share His Good News anytime, anywhere, we are ready to obey His Word and share boldly. We can use God’s Word in the Bible to share with others. We can also use our stories to share – testimonies of how God has blessed us, our troubles and obstacles that we have faced and how God helped us to overcome Not only did we ENJOY those Bible Study sessions, we were encouraged to be disciples multiplying disciples and to win souls for His Kingdom.
